HomeMy WebLinkAbout1-17-13 PZ minutes GRANT COUNTY SANITATION & ZONING January 17, 2013 Meeting The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on January 17, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Board room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster. Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Dwight Nelson, Dale Hood, Pat Schroeder, Grant Loy, Roger Guthrie and County Board chairman Larry Wolf. Excused absent Bob Keeney Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded Grant Loy. Motion carried. Roger Guthrie made a motion to approve the November minutes, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried. Comprehensive Map Changes: Grant Loy made a motion to approve the comprehensive map change for John & Irma Wubben in Jamestown Township Sec 1 from EAZ – Agriculture A-2, 2.42 ac., and EAZ – Commercial C-2, 2.70 ac. send to the full County Board for approval, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried. Rezone: #475-Jerome & Bonnie Wilson in Sec 24 Lima Township rezoning 4.46ac from Exclusive Ag to Agriculture A-1 for a single family dwelling. Township approved the Comprehensive plan September 11, 2012 and the rezone on October 9, 2012 meeting. Roger Guthrie made a motion to approve the rezone and send to the full County Board for approval, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried. Annual Report: The annual report was presented to the Board member for approval. Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the annual report seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried. Terry spoke on the mining that was going on in Wisconsin. The Board had a discussion on the mining. Sanitary Permit Summary: Grant Loy made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried. Outstanding Order/Compliance: Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Outstanding Order, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried. Bills & Vouchers: Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Bills & Vouchers, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried. Roger Guthrie made a motion to adjourn the meeting until Friday February 22, at 9:00 a.m., seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried. Dwight Nelson, Secretary
