Grant County Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept.
July 25, 2013 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on July 25, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman
Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Board room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Dwight Nelson, Roger Guthrie, Bob Keeney, Grant Loy,
Dale Hood, and Larry Wolf County Board Chairman. Excused absent Pat Schroeder
Dale Hood made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the June 27, 2013 minutes, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Comprehensive Map Changes:
Grant Loy made a motion to approve the Comprehensive Map change for Loras Leconte in Paris Township from
Exclusive Ag to Agriculture A-2 of 18.88ac, to the County Board for approval, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
Rezone: none
Conditional Use Permit:
Roger Guthrie made a motion to approve the conditional use permit for the Martin Family Limited Partnership in Harrison
Twn to sell off the house and land of 2.25ac for Exclusive Ag, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the GCS Licensed Software Updates & Technical Support Service and send to the
Public Property for approval, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.

Sanitary Permit Summary:
Roger Guthrie made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
Outstanding Orders/Compliance:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Outstanding Orders, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
Bill & Vouchers:
Grant Loy made a motion to approve the Outstanding Orders, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to adjourn the meeting until August 15, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
