Grant County Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept.
August 20, 2013 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on August 20, 2013 at 6:55 p.m.by Chairman
Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Conference room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Dwight Nelson, Roger Guthrie, Bob Keeney, Grant Loy,
Dale Hood, and Pat Schroeder.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded Dale Hood. Motion carried.
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the July 25, 2013 minutes, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
Comprehensive Map Changes: none
Rezone:
#480 Loras & Brenda LeConte changing the zoning from Exclusive Agriculture – EAZ to Agriculture A-2 of 18.88 ac for
a single family dwelling in Section 1 of Paris Township.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the rezone, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Sanitary Permit Summary:
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.
Outstanding Orders/Compliance:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Outstanding Orders, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Bill & Vouchers:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the bills & vouchers, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
Pat Schroeder asked to be excused for the remainder of the meetings, the committee concurred.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to adjourn the meeting until September 19 at 9:00am in the Grant County Conference
room, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
