Grant County Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept.
October 23, 2013
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on October 23, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman
Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Conference room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Dwight Nelson, Roger Guthrie, Bob Keeney, Grant Loy and
Dale Hood.
Other present Connie Eisele, David Allen, Jamie Dye and Jason Sasse.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the September 19, 2013, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
Comprehensive Map Changes:
#483 Carl & Linda Ihm to change the zoning classification from Exclusive Agriculture – EAZ to Agriculture A-2 of
24.71ac in Ellenboro Township. Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Comprehensive Map change for Carl &
Linda Ihm in Ellenboro Township and send to the County Board for approval, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion
carried.
Rezone:
Budget:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the 2014 budget, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Sanitary Permit Summary:
Roger Guthrie made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Outstanding Orders/Compliance:
Grant Loy made a motion to approve the Outstanding Orders, seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
Bill & Vouchers:
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the bills & vouchers, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
Roger Guthrie made a motion to adjourn the meeting until October 23 at 9:00am in the Grant County Conference room,
seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
