PUBLIC PARTICIPATION HEARING MINUTES
Unified Community Services
Department of Social Services
July 19th, 2023
Don Splinter, Social Services Board Member, chaired the meeting. Don started out by
calling the meeting to order at 5:00 PM, explaining the purpose of the meeting and
listed the programs not subject for discussion. Present at the meeting were, Holly
Knapp, Director of Unified Community Services of Grant and Iowa County, Fred
Naatz, DSS Director, Lori Reid, ADRC Director and LeaAnne Smith Office and
Financial Coordinator (z).
Due to lack of public attendance, the meeting was closed at 5:30 PM.
