Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was approved in motions by Bob Keeney and second by Rick Olig with the correction of changing the Village of Bloomington to Town of Patch Grove on the agenda. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved in motions by Bob Keeney and second by Andrea Droessler. Motions carried. New Business: There is no New Business to discuss. Old Business: John Knautz was asked to update the committee on the Amish signage . There is no update and the state will check into this. Citizen Complaints: There is a request to put up additional stop signs at the intersection of Fairground Road and Hwy 18 in the Town of Patch Grove. There have been seven accidents since 2017 at this intersection with a majority involving fail to stop at the stop sign. There is a left turn lane project being discussed for 2026 or 2027. Rumble strips may be an option but it will need to be discussed with the residents in that area due to the noise. The state will add the extra stops signs as well as a stop ahead sign. The county statistics were viewed and discussed. The state statistics were viewed and discussed. Other Business: No Other Business to discuss at this time. The meeting dates for next year will be February 16, May 18, August 17 and November 16. It was motioned by Justin McLimans and seconded by John Knautz to adjourn to February 16 at 1:00 pm.
