6. ADRC Resolution to Dissolve Regional ADRC and Become a Single County ADRC update
7. Letter of Support for the single county ADRC
8. Dementia Care Specialist position – new position due to Regional ADRC dissolution.
9. Convene to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec 19.85(1)(c) considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility
as it relates to the performance review discussion of the ADRC Director.
