Board Minutes
June 3, 2025
The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair Gary Kjos at 9:00 a.m.
Attendance: Vicki Hirsch, Mark Stead, Lori Reid, Lester Jantzen, Gary Kjos, Valerie Bailey, Mary Lou
Bausch, Kathy Kopp (Zoom), Robert Keeney
Others Present: Nate Dreckman, Tonya White (Zoom)
Compliance with Open Meeting Law:
It was noted the meeting is in compliance with the open meeting act. (Published via website, radio,
newspaper and posted at the Grant County Administration Building and CSB).
Agenda Approval:
Hirsch/Stead: Motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes:
Bailey/Bausch: Motion to approve the May 21, 2025. Motion carried.
Public Comment/Communication: None
ADRC Resolution: Reid read the ADRC Resolution to dissolve the regional ADRC and apply as a
single county ADRC. Reid passed out a rough draft of what the budget could look like.
Stead/Jantzen: Motion to approve the ADRC Resolution to dissolve the regional ADRC and become
a single county ADRC and forward to the County Board of Supervisors. Motion carried.
Stead/Hirsch: Motion to adjourn. Motion carried.
Next meeting: June 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. if needed
