BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. on the following appeal. There may be site inspections
prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing; decisions shall be
rendered after public hearing on the following.

PETITION #BOA #25-02: Appeal of Jon and Sharon Brandt, PIN: 026-00477-0000, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Sec 3.04:
30 foot minimum side yard setback. This is for +/- 1.29 ac in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section
09, T1N, R2W, in Jamestown Township.
PETITION #BOA #25-03: Appeal of Dennis Yoose and Autumn King, PIN 046-00158-0010
(pt), for a variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
Sec 3.23 (2)(a), 50 foot setback from the township road. This is for +/- 0.5 ac in the NE1/4 of
the NE1/4 Section 07, T2N R2W, in Paris Township.
