BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the Grant
County Conference Rm., 266 in the Administration Building, 111 S Jefferson St., Lancaster, WI 53813
on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. on the following appeals. Site inspections will be prior to the
public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Decisions shall be rendered
after public hearing on the following. Please contact our office at 608-723-6080 with any questions.

BOA #25-01: Appeal of Richard & Marianne Post, PIN 042-00051-0000, for a variance from
the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315 Subsection
3.23 (2) (a). The applicant is requesting relief of the 50’ road setback from the center of Otter
Trail. This property is located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 2, T8N, R1W in Muscoda
Township, Grant County, WI.
