BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the County
Board Room, 264 in the Administration Building, 111 S Jefferson St, Lancaster WI, on Thursday,
September 25, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. on the following appeal. There may be site inspections prior to the
public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing; decisions shall be rendered
after public hearing on the following.

PETITION #BOA #25-02: Appeal of Jon and Sharon Brandt, PIN: 026-00477-0000, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Sec 3.04:
30 foot minimum side yard setback. This is for +/- 1.29 ac in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section
09, TIN, R2W, in Jamestown Township.
PETITION #BOA #25-03: Appeal of Dennis Yoose and Autumn King, PIN 046-00158-0010
(pt), for a variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
Sec 3.23 (2)(a), 50 foot setback from the township road. This is for+/- 0.5 ac in the NEl/4 of
the NEl/4 Section 07, T2N R2W, in Paris Township.
PETITION #BOA #25-04: Appeal of Greg Griswold, PIN 042-00405-0000, for a variance
from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter 315
Subsection 3.04. The applicant is requesting relief of the minimum 200' lot width requirement
for the A-2 district. This property is located in the NW¼ of the NE¼ of Section I I. T8N, RI W
in Muscoda Township, Grant County WI.
PETITION #BOA #25-05: Appeal of Markus and Nakila Reuter, PIN 046-00522-0010, for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Chapter
315 Subsection 3.02 (6)(b)(l). The applicant is requesting relief of the limit of four single
family dwellings on a private road. This property is located in the NW¼ of the SW¼ of
Section 19, T2N, R2W in Paris Township, Grant County, WI.
