-Home care Census: 64 with 15 waiting
-Hospice Census: 11
-Hired Jenna Yager LPN with her graduating in May to take our final home care/hospice position
-Working hard to schedule more therapy with our therapists instead of scheduling with the hospitals to try and save money. Our LTE PTA Danielle, as agreed to take on more hours to help
our PT Andy do more evals to get more patients seen.
-We chose Matrix Care for our new electron medical record. Able to get price down so we have money left over in the grant to help pay for tablets that are required for our field staff
-Wrapping up our flu season with every nurse helping with remote clinics.
