November 12, 2025
The Highway Committee met on Wednesday November 12, 2025 at 8:30 am, in room 266 of the
Administration Building in Lancaster, WI.
Members present were Gary Northouse, Roger Guthrie, Diane Nelson and Lester Jantzen. Pat
Schroeder asked to be excused. Others present were Bob Keeney, Jon Knautz, and Donna
Bohnenkamp.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the Herald Independent, Administration Building, posted at the
Highway Department and on the Grant County web site.
Gary Northouse called the November 12th Highway Committee meeting to order.
Agenda: Lester Jantzen, seconded by Roger Guthrie moved to approve the November 12th agenda.
Motion carried without negative vote.
2026 Resolutions: Roger Guthrie, seconded by Diane Nelson moved to sign the 2026 County Aid
Bridge Construction resolution. Motion carried without negative vote.
Lester Jantzen, seconded by Roger Guthrie moved to sign the 2026 County Construction and
Maintenance resolution. Motion carried without negative vote.
Jon informed the committee the Highway Department will be purchasing one 2026 Western Star
chassis with Monroe snow equipment for 2026.
Roger Guthrie seconded by Lester Jantzen made a motion to adjourn to Thursday November 20, 2025,
at 9:00 am. Motion carried.
