Highway Committee Meeting Agenda
The Grant County Highway Committee will meet Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 9:00 am, at the Highway
Department, 1011 North Adams Street, Lancaster, WI. In addition, the meeting will be available
virtually, via zoom.

Facilities:
An advertisement will be placed for bids to raze the Bagley shop.
The FS shop has a septic issue
Working on covering the salt piles as directed by the State.
Received a “Letter of Intent to Contract” from the State for a salt shed at the Patch
Grove Shop.
Road Way Report:
Due to right-of-way locate problems, the CTH D “No Parking Signs” will be delayed.
Signs for the County B/ Hwy 61 intersection arrived but were not correct, we are
waiting for new ones.
The sign for Hwy 81 & CTH D intersection has arrived, and will be going up.
Employee Updates
• Convene to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec 19.85(1)(c) considering employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over
which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the
performance review discussion of the Highway Commissioner.
