5 Approval of the minutes- December 13th 2023

Closed Session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) and (e), Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters related to
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees and current
negotiations.
7 Return to Open Session.
