accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some
or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically

Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Committee Others in attendance 4 Approval of the agenda- March 19, 2025
5 Approval of the minutes- January 15, 2025
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chair will allocate time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for January and February 2025

Reports Director’s Report - Holly Knapp. Personnel Report - Ben Biddick.
Financial Report - Jessica Munson. Chair’s Report – Carol Beals. Reports from other Board members. Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
9 Discussion and possible action re Unified Community Services 2025 Budget and notification of unexpected attorney fees.
