accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some

Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Members Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda- August 20th 2025
5 Approval of the minutes- June 18th 2025- No meeting in July 2025.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills: June and July 2025.
