accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some
or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically

Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order.
2. Open Meetings Law Certification.
3. Roll Call. Committee Others in attendance
4. Approve the agenda for this September 16th 2025 meeting.
5. Approval of minutes for 08.21.2024 and 10.14.2024 Personnel Committee Meetings.
6. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7. Presentation, discussion and possible action related to the 2026 personnel budget.
8. Adjournment.
