This meeting will be conducted in person and via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. In
accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some
or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically

Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Members Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda- December 17, 2025
5 Approval of the minutes- September 17, 2025. No meetings held in October or November 2025.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills: September, October and November 2025.

9 Update, discussion and possible action regarding Unified Community Services Agreement: Carol

10 Update, discussion and possible action surrounding Unified Community Services Director vacancy: Carol

11 Update, discussion and possible action regarding salary and wages for 2026 budget regarding Unified

12 Discussion and possible action regarding the overall of communication with the Unified Community

13 Discussion and possible action regarding clarity and the responsibilities of the UCS Commission vs the

14 Discussion and possible action regarding the schedule 2026 UCS Board meetings and appointment of
